Rudy dominated the first two rounds with a fury of punches and fierce takedowns. He won the fight in the second round with a knowck out! Rob Mauceri weathered the storm and survived two eight counts in the first round. Rob delivered by wining the second and third rounds but lost the fight by decision. After you learn a base in each of these techniques we will teach you to apply them as one seamless style.</p> <p>Training will incorporate technical instruction and drills, as well as strength, endurance,and agility exercises. For the more serious athletes, when you attain a level of control, you will go live with other students and instructors in our cage.
