Rudy and Rob Maurceri fought hard at CSC 29 in Hampton Virginia. Rudy dominated the first two rounds with a fury of punches and fierce takedowns. He won the fight in the second round with a knowck out! Rob Mauceri weathered the storm and survived two eight counts in the first round. Rob delivered by wining the second and third rounds but lost the fight by decision. Nice job guys!

Muay Thai

Muay Thai employs strikes with shins, elbows, and knees. A practitioner of Muay Thai thus has the ability to execute strikes using eight "points of contact," as opposed to "two points" (fists) in Western boxing and "four points" (fists, feet) used in the primarily sport-oriented forms of martial arts.

Muay Thai is fun, it's an incredible workout, and it's great for self-defense and confidence.
